Executive Bio - Clayton Hurst, President

Clayton Hurst received his undergraduate education at the University of Houston and he received his Masters Degree from University of North Texas majoring in Mathmatics and minoring in Computer Science. After his education he began his career as a Scientific Programmer for G. S. I., a subsidiary of Texas Instruments. He then became a software engineer for TLC Seismic Data Processing Center. In 1986, he went out on his own, the first time, as a software consultant supporting client application software and developing new packages. From 1989 to 1991, he was a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, developing seismic software packages to run on several different computer systems. Along with his vast experience, he has co-authored several publications in the seismic computer industry. He played a major part starting SeisNav in 1993. Since then, he has been in charge of development and support for SeisNav Resolve™.
